April was about making the product easier to explain.
That sounds small, but it affects everything from public positioning to day-to-day team onboarding.
What changed
We focused on clarifying how the product is structured and who each part of the experience is for.

- Public content was tightened up so the product story is more consistent
- The platform framing now maps more clearly to dispatch, capture, review, and delivery
