Moving from solo execution to team collaboration

A product doc explaining why seat limits matter, and how upgrading your workspace unlocks shared scheduling, reviewer handoffs, and multi-person delivery.

When you first start using HomeWiseWatch, the Starter plan is designed to be the perfect companion for a single operator. You can create clients, capture watermarked field evidence, generate reports, and share them directly via public links. It’s simple, fast, and frictionless.

But as your operation grows, a single-player workflow inevitably hits a ceiling.

Why Upgrade?

When you reach your seat limit, it means you're moving from solo execution to team collaboration. Upgrading your workspace unlocks the features necessary to run a coordinated, multi-person delivery operation.

1. Shared Scheduling & Dispatch

In a team environment, the person doing the inspection isn't always the person who created the project. Extra seats allow you to invite dedicated field surveyors and assign them tasks, keeping everyone's schedule clear and focused.

2. Reviewer Handoffs

Quality control becomes critical when multiple people are in the field. Upgrading unlocks our Approval Workflow, allowing field staff to submit reports for internal review before they ever reach the client.

3. Client Portal & Custom Branding

While Starter provides public share links, premium tiers unlock a dedicated Client Portal and Custom Branding, ensuring that when you deliver a report, it looks like an extension of your own brand, not just a tool you use.

How to Manage Your Seats

If you've hit your limit, you have two options:

  • Buy Extra Seats: Add capacity to your current plan directly from the Billing page.
  • Upgrade Your Tier: Move to Pro or Ultra to unlock advanced workflow features alongside the extra seats.
